Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

To be eligible for a return

  1. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

  2. You must have your order confirmation or proof of purchase

Non-returnable items

  1. Opened or used products (quality issues on used products are covered under the 30-Day FLYR Quality Guarantee above)

  2. Products damaged through misuse or modification

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective product on our part.

30-Day FLYR Quality Guarantee

Every FLYR ball is backed by a 30-day quality guarantee. If your balls do not meet our standard for quality, flight, structure, or performance within 30 days of delivery, we will replace them.

This guarantee covers:

  1. Ball integrity

  2. Flight consistency (loss of true flight path)

  3. Structural breakdown (foam density loss or seam failure)

  4. Performance degradation

This guarantee does not cover normal cosmetic wear (scuff marks, surface discoloration) resulting from standard use.

To make a claim, contact us at info@h-e-r-o.co with your order number and a description or photos of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product, contact us at info@h-e-r-o.co and we will work with you to arrange it.
